Since BILPAYU deals in bulk orders, once the order is confirmed and dispatched, the products are generally non-returnable. However, we understand genuine issues can occur, and we support refund/replacement in valid cases.

Bulk orders are usually non-returnable. Return is possible only if the product is damaged, wrong, or missing, and request is raised within 24 hours.
